The Women's Six Nations 2026 live streams see England attempt to continue their dominance over the tournament by going for an eighth straight championship.
2025 was a huge year for the Red Roses. Having already matched their Six Nations seven-in-a-row from 2006-12, they then went on to win a first World Cup in over a decade in front of an adoring home crowd. The number one-ranked team in the world have a new general in place for this one, with inspirational Megan Jones taking over captaincy duties from the pregnant Zoe Stratford (née Aldcroft).
If anybody is likely to stop them, it's probably going to be France – the last side outside of England to get their hands on the trophy – and, if both teams go undefeated, it will set up a title decider in Bordeaux on the final weekend. Ireland have last year's player of the tournament in their ranks in Aoife Wafer and will hope to challenge. Italy, Scotland and a Welsh side trying to avoid three wooden spoons on the trot make up the sextet.
Here's where to watch the Women's Six Nations 2026 live streams online from anywhere, potentially for FREE.
